Cancelation Policy

We value your business and understand that subscription needs may change over time.

 

Subscription Cancellation:

 

  1. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to ross@roycebrookmedia.com.

  2. Notice Period: A full billing cycle (30 days) notice is required to process cancellation requests. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. Failure to provide the required notice may result in continued charges for the subsequent billing cycle.

  4. Any unpaid charges must be settled before cancellation can be processed.

 

Non-Refundable Terms:


No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription once the billing cycle begins.

 

How to Cancel:

 

To cancel, please send an email to ross@roycebrookmedia.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request" and include your account details.

 

Service Termination:


We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions at our discretion if terms of use are violated.

 


Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:


1. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • If a product or service is defective or not as described.

  • If the customer cancels a service before it has been provided or before any work has commenced.

  • If an error occurs on our end, such as duplicate charges.

2. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.

 

3. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered.

  • Digital products once they are accessed or downloaded.

  • Situations where the customer simply changes their mind after the service has begun.

 

How to Request a Refund:


Customers can request a refund by contacting our support team at ross@roycebrookmedia.com with their order details, reason for refund, and supporting documentation if applicable.

 

Refund Processing:


Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
